Unsere Praktika sind mindestens vier Monate lang und finden in Vollzeit vor Ort in Neuburg statt. Neben einzigartigen Einblicken in die Welt des Motorsports bieten wir eine faire Bezahlung und machen Dich zum Teil des Teams, das Audi in die Königsklasse des Motorsports bringt. Die Audi Formula Racing GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft von Audi Sport und wurde im Jahr 2022 für den Formel-1-Einstieg der Marke gegründet. Ein Team von Expert_innen, die mit viel Leidenschaft die Power Unit entwickeln, wird Dich einarbeiten und begleiten.

Unsere Stelle ist für einen Start im September oder Oktober 2025 vorgesehen und für eine Bewerbung brauchen wir einen aktuellen CV, relevante Zeugnisse, eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und ggf. die Prüfungsordnung Deiner Hochschule sowie eine aktuelle, offizielle Notenübersicht. Bitte beachte, dass unsere Abschlussarbeiten immer einem Sperrvermerk unterliegen und ggf. zusätzlich eine Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung mit der Hochschulbetreuung abgeschlossen werden muss.

Innerhalb der Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement verantworten wir die Umsetzung aller qualitativen Bauteilanforderungen der gesamten F1 Power-Unit. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst den kompletten Lebenszyklus von der Entwicklung über die Prüfung der gefertigten Bauteile bis zur Analyse nach Laufzeitende oder im Schadensfall.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Praktikant_in bist Du mitten im Geschehen und arbeitest direkt an der Qualitätssicherung unserer Power Unit mit. Du bekommst spannende Einblicke in die wichtigsten Bauteilanforderungen und lernst, wie wir deren Qualität prüfen.

Du unterstützt unser Team flexibel bei Qualitätschecks der Bauteile – von der Vorbereitung über die Tests bis hin zur Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
So bist du von Anfang bis Ende in den gesamten Prüfprozess eingebunden und sammelst wertvolle Erfahrung in einem echten High-Tech-Umfeld.

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich absolviertes Grundstudium in einem technischen Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Kraftfahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Werkstofftechnik oder vergleichbar
Grundlagen in Qualitäts- und Prozessverständnis
Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Office-Anwendungen)
Gutes technisches Grundverständnis
Grundkenntnisse von Motor/Hybrid-Systemen & Interesse am Motorsport
Zielorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Eigeninitiative
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse

Our Team

Do you want to help us bring Audi to Formula 1? You can… with an internship or final thesis at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg an der Donau. Join us as we develop the power unit that will drive our racing cars from 2026.

Our internships and final theses take at least four months and take place full-time on site in Neuburg. In addition to unique insights into the world of motorsport, we offer fair pay and make you part of the team that brings Audi to the pinnacle of motorsports. Audi Formula Racing GmbH is a subsidiary of Audi Sport and was founded in 2022 for the brand's Formula 1 entry. A team of experts who are passionate about developing the power unit will train and support you.

Our positions are currently scheduled to start in September or October 2025, and to apply we need your current CV, relevant certificates, a certificate of enrollment and, if applicable, the examination regulations from your university as well as a current, official grade abstract. Important to know: Applicants from the EU require a valid identity card/passport; applicants from non-EU countries require a residence permit and, if necessary, a work permit.

Please note that our final theses are always subject to a confidentiality note and, if necessary, a non-disclosure agreement must also be concluded with the university supervisor.

Within the Quality Management department, we are responsible for the realisation of all qualitative component requirements for the entire F1 Power Unit. This area of responsibility covers the entire life cycle of manufactured components, from the development and testing phase to the analysis after the end of the service life period, or in the event of damage.

Your Mission

As an intern, you will be right in the middle of the action and work directly on the quality assurance of our Power Unit. You will gain exciting insights into the most important component requirements and learn how we check their quality.

You will support our team flexibly in quality checks of the components - from preparation and tests to the evaluation and documentation of the results.
This means that you will be involved in the entire testing process from start to finish and gain valuable experience in a real high-tech environment.

Your Profile

Successfully completed basic studies in a technical degree programme specialising in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, materials engineering or similar
Basic understanding of quality and processes
Good IT skills (Office applications)
Good basic technical understanding
Basic knowledge of engine/hybrid systems & interest in motorsport
Goal-orientated, independent and structured way of working
Strong realisation skills and a high degree of motivation and initiative
Strong ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of German or English
